Arrow Concept Artist Shares Photo of the Longbow Hunters’ Silencer
Less than a year since her debut and DC Comics’ character Silencer has already been adapted for live-action, portrayed by Miranda Edwards on this season of Arrow.
The CW series’ concept artist Andy Poon has shared a behind-the-scenes photo of Edwards in full costume as Honor Guest, better known by her assassin alter ego Silencer and a member of the Longbow Hunters, the villainous team for the DCTV series’ seventh season.

First created this past January by writer Dan Abnett and artist John Romita, Jr. in the pages of The Silencer #1, the ongoing series was published as part of DC Comics’ New Age of DC Heroes initiative spinning out of the events of the crossover Dark Knights: Metal.
Edwards made her debut as the lethal assassin on last night’s episode and quickly revealed herself as the most skilled of the Longbow Hunters introduced so far, besting Black Siren in hand-to-hand combat.
