DC Universe Will Launch With Titans in the Fall, Says Dove Actor
It sounds like when DC Universe launches this fall, the first season of Titans will debut with it.
As announced last week, DC Comics’ premium streaming service, DC Universe, is scheduled to make its official debut this fall with actor Minka Kelly revealing Titans will be among the service’s launch lineup. In the upcoming live-action series, Kelly plays Dawn Granger, better known to comic book readers as the more level-headed half of the crime-fighting duo Hawk and Dove.

“DC Comics is launching their own streaming service and they will be launching it with this show,” confirmed Kelly in an interview with Mario Lopez on OnWithMario. “We just wrapped our first season a couple weeks ago.”
Kelly also revealed on the iHeartRadio program that this incarnation of Hawk and Dove are “actually not superheroes; we’re vigilantes“. The ensemble series adapts DC’s popular, youth-oriented superteam and has already received a live-action spinoff series, Doom Patrol, which is expected to debut next year.
