Hulu’s Runaways Season 2 Has Already Started Filming
Season 2 of Marvel and Hulu’s Runaways is underway.
The show, which was renewed for a second season back in January, now appears to be filming its upcoming season. In recent weeks, stars Gregg Sulkin, Rhenzy Feliz and Ariela Barer have taken to using Instagram stories to reveal behind-the-scenes antics from set, including what appears to be an ongoing bread loaf war. Now, Virginia Gardner has joined in on the fun, posting a photo of Feliz on set alongside a chair marked “Chase,” as well as a playful clip with a purple-haired Barer.

The show’s second season, which will likely pick up with the teens still on the run, will have an expanded season with 13 episodes. As it stands, details regarding the forthcoming season — including its release date — remain sparse. However, that could change come October. Should the series follow the typical filming schedule of the Netflix shows, which usually run for thirteen episodes, it should continue production through November, allowing the series more than enough time to have something on hand for New York Comic Con later this year.
