The panel, set for Hall H on July 20 at 1:30 PM PST, will be hosted by Tig Notaro who will guest star in the upcoming season as Chief Engineer Reno. Announced panelists include series regulars Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, Shazad Latif, Mary Wiseman, Anthony Rapp, Mary Chieffo, Wilson Cruz, and new addition Anson Mount. They are joined by executive producers Alex Kurtzman and Heather Kadin providing a sneak peek at the series’ second season.
The gallery exhibit will provide a first look at Discovery‘s twisted reimagining in the Mirror Universe where the Federation has been replaced by the brutal Terran Empire. The exhibit will be open at the Michael J. Wolf Fine Arts Gallery for the first three days from 11 AM to 9 PM and on Sunday, July 22 from 11 AM to 5 PM. The exhibit has been described as a fully immersive experience giving fans the chance to explore a recreation of the set as well as see props and costumes from Discovery‘s morally inverted counterparts.
