Titans: Best Look Yet At DC’s New Live-Action Superhero Team

DC Universe has released a better look at the Titans promotional images from Comic-Con International, depicting Robin, Raven, Starfire and Beast Boy in civilian attire. In addition, the Warner Bros. streaming service has also revealed another peek at Robin’s costume.

With the digital platform offering Beta access next month ahead of a fall launch, DC Universe has a significant presence this week in San Diego, with door and window wraps for Titans, Young Justice: Outsiders, Harley Quinn and Swamp Thing adorning the location of its DC Universe Experience installation. A photo earlier this week offered a glimpse of the Titans display, but now a video from DC Universe provides a much better look at the young heroes in their civilian identities.

There’s also a photo the Robin costume worn in the series by star Brenton Thwaites, on display as part of the interactive fan exhibit.

Inspired by DC’s The New Teen Titans, launched in 1980 by Marv Wolfman and George Perez, the live-action series follows Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth (aka Raven), who become embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring hell on Earth. They’re joined by Starfire and Beast Boy, and together they form a surrogate family and a team of heroes.

Debuting on DC Universe, Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove and Lindsey Gort as Amy Rohrbach.
